proposed uses and whether or not they are considered to be incidental
constraints research including TPOs and Flood Zones
analysis of relevant Policies including Green Belt volume limits
For due diligence and to achieve the best overall outcome, a Personalised Planning Strategy is an essential starting point.
This will look at all the factors that are relevant from a Planning perspective right at the beginning of your journey.
As a bonus, the totally different rules that apply to caravans / mobile homes will be discussed too - perhaps this is something you may want to consider

Once you have your Personalised Planning Strategy we can then submit an Application to the Local Planning Authority

Start Planning your own Garden Room
In order to finalise your Personalised Planning Strategy we will need to receive a completed Information Request Form within seven days of payment / the Instruction date.
This asks for some basic information about your property (including a few photos) as well as your proposed Garden Room.
Reports are sent within five working days of receiving all the requested information.
