Our Team

We have successfully been helping householders all over England for ten years. Since COVID we have become even more aware how important extra space can be, especially when working at home.

We also work with industry leaders in garden development projects. Our online consultation service achieves the best outcome for themselves and their clients.

We are keen to help anyone increase their habitable space in the quickest and most cost-effective way. Together we will navigate the national legislation and get the best out of it for you.

Our Qualifications

With an MA postgraduate degree in Town Planning behind us, we have valuable expertise in the ‘Permitted Development’ rules.

Our Experience

We have worked in both the public and private sector on residential, equestrian, educational, agricultural and commercial projects - ranging from boundary fences to a new hospital.

As part of Council Development Management teams, we have assessed and determined thousands of Planning Applications and Lawful Development Certificates (LDCs) over the last 25 years.

We have also taken part in a variety of Appeal Hearings (including enforcement) - for Councils and for Applicants.
