PERSONALISED PLANNING STRATEGY

Our Fee

At R L Planning, we charge a flat fee of £595 for a Personalised Planning Strategy. We can do everything online so there is no need to carry out a site visit.

Your input

You must provide all requested information to ensure our work can progress in a timely manner. This includes clear and up-to-date photographs of your entire plot.

We shall be entitled to rely upon and act on all information provided by you, and your representatives where applicable, without independent verification. Where necessary, we reserve the right to make reasonable assumptions for the purposes of progressing our service. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from inaccuracies, omissions, or from assumptions reasonably made on that basis.  

Our Work

Our work includes site-specific research and the preparation of a Report.

All advice provided by R L Planning is in best faith, but it may not be based on comprehensive or up to date information (including the various databases that are used). Our Report is provided as a resource but should not be construed or relied upon in any way as legal advice. 

As it does not constitute a formal or legal decision, commencement of a project is not recommended without first obtaining a Lawful Development Certificate from the Local Planning Authority. Planning Permission always needs to be sought if the scheme is not considered to be ‘Permitted Development’. R L Planning is not responsible for development that is unauthorised.

Please note that as our experience and expertise is in Town Planning, our Report - and our service - does not cover Building Regulations or the Party Wall Act etc.
